Or like a friend of mine who can’t eat anything with sweet chilly sauce, cause she got food poisoning from something that just happened to contain the stuff. You have had one of those experiences right?

Think about it, I will wait…

On Sunday CJ had the meltdown to top all meltdowns. Not a temper tantrum but an hour and a half of crying. Non stop. breaking only to breath. It just went on and on. The reason – She wanted her dummy.

Because I said so!

As CJ gets older and our interaction is more logical, I am continually amazed at the similarities between our relationships to the relationship I had with my parents. Granted I don’t remember much from when I was 3 years old, but I now realize so much of what goes on between CJ and myself mirrors things that went on between my me and my parents when I was a similar age. And while that might not be a big surprise, what has been a massive revelation is just how my relationship with CJ mirrors God’s relationship with me.
