Down-Sizing 17

Life is quite busy right now. I just realised that today is Wednesday and I usually put this post up on a Tuesday. I also have not bloged much since I last posted in this series. With the arrival of the new addition to the family, time has become scarce. As a result I might only post this regular post every second week, rather than have every second post being a report back on my weight.

Any hoo. This morning I weighed in at 107 again. It is a pity that I have a round up policy as i could actually have reported a small loss since last week, but hey, 107 it is and I have a small head-start on 106.5 for the next post.

This particular set of blog posts are probably getting a little boring for most people (myself included). But the fact remains that I would like you to start asking me tough questions if ever I stop posting on the topic. The point of these posts is to put my current weight loss status out there in the open and, in a sense, ‘shame’ myself into not giving up.

Down-Sizing 15

I think last week I said 107kg’s. A sharp eye would have notices that the graph said 107.5 which is in fact where it was.

I have been dreading writing this post for the past few days. All indications where that I would have to report on the first gain in weight since I started this journey. I had even written the post in my head already, I had framed the paragraphs in which I waxed lyrically on about putting on weight, but in a way that could make the whole thing sound beautiful. I weighed myself last night and that just confirmed my suspicions.

No change this week. Which, given the amount of chocolate that was flowing around this past weekend, is a good thing.

107kg’s. Not much else to say, it is 11:45 pm and I am just done settling a 2 week old little girl and need to get to bed.

Down Sizing 10

I know this is going to sound like a half baked excuse for the flat line, but I have been experimenting the past two weeks with the whole exercises thing. Other than the normal take-the-stairs-not-the-lift thing I decided to do no Wii exercises for the past two weeks. I have kept my eating habits the same, all inline with the standard ‘Marla diet’ regulations.
